For many women admitting they’ve never shopped at a certain store is something they don’t have a chance to do in this lifetime.
Let’s all admit how hard it can be to resist the urge to rip open the wallet and make money rain all over the cashiers desk.
This was my case in particular as I went and visited the store Loft for the first time.
To be completely honest, I have always avoided the better quality stores because I assumed I would never be able to afford shopping there.
And for a store like Loft I assumed I wouldn’t like the clothing there because it was for a more professional adult (because I’m totally professional and all *rolls eyes.)
But in all seriousness, I am no longer in college and should dress like it.
Dressing like a professional doesn’t always have to be as boring and expensive as it may sound either.
My first impression of the store is that almost everything looked comfortable- not comfortable in a basic way but just clothing I would want to be in.
Clothing I wouldn’t rip off by the end of the day and never want to see again.
How comfortable something is is almost always one of my decision questions when I’m in the dressing room- “girl, is this comfy? Nah, ok then take it off and don’t think about buying it” no matter how cute that off the shoulder top or high waist jean might be if it’s not comfortable you are a whole lot less likely to choose it when picking out your outfits.
I tried on a whole load of dresses, rompers, tops, and jeans. I ended up walking away with the cutest wide leg high waist jeans with sailor style buttons on the front. I also left with the cutest breathable short sleeve tunic sweater and these striped culotte pants that are so comfy they could be pj’s!
I ended up getting 40% off and I spent under 80 bucks! You can’t beat that for the quality.
Overall I will visit Loft again, it wouldn’t be my first place to do a haul but a great place if I’m looking for a quality yet chic piece I want to last a long time.

Check out the items I purchased above.
